INTRODUCTION
This documentation provides help to bethel web community members who wish to use the following features of this site:
PRAYER REQUESTS
This is how you make prayer requests to the church. You send prayer requests by logging a ticket. You can imagine your ticket as a card to which an identification number is assigned. This allows ease of tracking for you (so you know whether the prayer team has attended to your request). Also, the prayer team is able to track your requests to ensure they have attended to it. Your ticket has a status of OPEN when you have created and CLOSED once the prayer team has addressed it. When logging a ticket you can specify the following information:
Priority - this indicates how important the request is to youSubject - this gives a short description of your request
Description - this gives as much detail about your requests as you can afford. It is important that your details are clear because this improve the level of agreement between you and the prayer team
Add File -this, optionally, allows you to attach a file to provide more insight about the subject of your request. This could be a picture, MS Word document or Portable Document Format (PDF).
